We emphasize Mental Physical Sports Science Training, which is a brain science approach that recognizes that while physical fitness training that builds muscle is important, a balance of mental fitness is equally important during the annual cycle. Understanding brain neuroplasticity allows us to understand why we make positive behavioral choices. Lecture 01 - An introduction to mental training and the need for mental training

Lecture 02 - The emotional brain, understanding and utilizing the parts of the brain responsible for emotions

Lecture 03 - Brain neuroplasticity, the process by which brain cells are changed by external stimuli, experiences, and learning

Lecture 04 - Resilience, the ability to bounce back when faced with difficult, exhausting, or frustrating circumstances, building the strength of our minds to use adversity and trials as a springboard to bounce back higher
