Sports Physical therapy
Provides trainees with a scientific basis for the practice of Sports Physical therapy. To promote understanding of current evidence-based practices in Sports Physical therapy to inform participants of practical issues relevant to the practice of Sports Physical therapy.

· An understanding of the training and competition practices adopted by athletes in different sports and at different levels of competition and the consequences for their care.
· Understanding the predisposition to acute and chronic injuries, the causes of injuries and the consequences of injuries.
· Understanding of the principles of application of physiotherapy practice in the care and rehabilitation of elite athletes
· Understanding of medical, moral, ethical and legal issues related to the care of elite athletes
Nutrition
The course will train and equip health professionals and those working in the field of sports nutrition to advise and support athletes in making the best choices regarding effective medications and healthy diets to help them improve athletic performance.

To promote understanding of theoretical aspects and concepts of chiropractic sports care Understanding the clinical reasoning behind chiropractic diagnosis and the scientific basis for the treatment and management of sports injuries. Understand clinical decision-making processes and complex data analysis.

· Sports Osteopathy
To promote understanding of theoretical aspects and concepts of osteopathic sports care. Understanding clinical reasoning for osteopathic diagnosis, scientific basis for treatment and management of sports injuries. Understand clinical decision-making processes and complex data analysis.

Training and Conditioning
Understanding of scientific evaluation of athletic ability to improve athlete performance and planning and implementation of individualized training programs for athletes based on evaluation results.
