Who is this class for?

 

Teams try to use their players to get the best results, and players try to use their best performances in every game. Training on this is essential to create the best performance and performance. As we proceed with the training, our bodies are under load. This load has both positive and negative factors that lead to better performance, but also negative factors that pose a risk of injury. In this course, you will learn how loads with these two characteristics affect your body, how to measure and quantify loads, and how your team uses these data for player management.
