Soccer is a team sport that involves outplaying an opponent within a defined area, and soccer injuries are most often caused by physical contact, rapid acceleration and deceleration, and momentary changes in direction in order to gain possession of the soccer ball. In addition, because soccer is a sport in which players use their feet to control a round ball and score goals in the opposing team's goal to decide the game, there is a lot of contact between players in the lower extremities, and by understanding the areas of damage by body region due to these factors, this book provides a specific and easy-to-understand explanation of the areas and contents that should be focused on in the treatment and rehabilitation of soccer injuries.
