Who is this class for? This lecture describes the Strain-Counter-strain Technique, a technique developed by Lawrence Jones (DO) that suggests that somatic dysfunction causing pain is caused by abnormal activity of the motor control nerve endings in the muscles called proprioceptors. In particular, there are many research results showing that this technique effectively responds to muscle-related dysfunctions that do not respond to other treatments for restoring joint movement and reducing pain, and it is known to be very effective for acute muscle strain, so it will be a key to solving problems that clinical experts have not been able to solve. ✅ I recommend it to these people 1.
